2. It gives me immense pleasure to note that the US Military Academy, West Point is commemorating the 200th anniversary of its founding. On this momentous occasion, I extend my felicitations to all members and staff of the Academy.

3. I am glad to see that we have an exchange programme in place between the US Military Academy and Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. I am sure these exchanges will continue to be of mutual benefit and cement the bonds of friendship between our two Armies.
