ABOUT THE BCC

OBJECTIVES

Cadets learn first-hand from battle seasoned mentors the challenges of serving with and leading Soldiers of all ranks. Cadets and mentors conduct an inventory of their Character, Competence and Leadership in order to develop a balance of these critical traits. Combat veterans mentor impant knowledge and experience. Mentors and Cadets are inspired by participating in a Leader to Leader (L2L) high energy, facilitated conversation through small groups using various combat scenerios experienced by Platoon Leaders in combat. Mentors increase their operational awareness, mental readiness, and overall understanding of
officership and developing leaders of character.
