Incoming Faculty


Inprocessing Procedures
  • New faculty should report to the Military Personnel Division (Bldg. 622) to sign in and receive their inprocessing paperwork. After they receive their inprocessing paperwork, they should go to the Military Police station (Bldg. 616) to obtain a Central Post Area parking pass and then report to the Department of English and Philosophy in Lincoln Hall (Bldg. 607) to sign in to the department and meet with the department executive officer, the Arriving Faculty Workshop (AFW) OIC, or the AFW executive officer.
  • If arriving after duty hours, new faculty should report to the Military Police station (Bldg. 616) to sign in and, on the next duty day, should report to the Military Personnel Division (Bldg. 622) to receive their inprocessing paperwork. After they receive their inprocessing paperwork, they should go to the Military Police station (Bldg. 616) to obtain a Central Post Area parking pass and then report to the Department of English and Philosophy in Lincoln Hall (Bldg. 607) to sign in to the department and meet with the department executive officer, the Arriving Faculty Workshop (AFW) OIC, or the AFW executive officer.
  • New faculty should bring copies of their APFT card, transcript, original DA Form 31, PCS orders, medical and dental records, 201 file, and AER with them when they report to West Point.
