The USMA ITAM Program and the USMA Ranges and Training Land Program (RTLP) are the two core programs of the Sustainable Range Program (SRP) at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. The ITAM Program is the Army's formal strategy for focusing on sustained use of training and testing lands. USMA ITAM's mission is to manage USMA training lands in a sound manner that ensures no net loss of training capabilities and to support current and future training mission requirements.
