Open Recreation Summer Trips

The following are trips planned through Youth Services this summer. For complete details on any of these outings, call 938-3727.

JUNE
28 -- Six Flags Great Adventure, grades 3-8, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

JULY
12 -- Palisades Scavenger Hunt & Movie, grades 5-12
19 -- Whitewater Rafting, grades 5-12, 8 a.m.- 6 p.m.
20 -- Round Pond for a Hula Party, grades 5-8, 1- 5 p.m.
26 -- Hurricane Harbor Water Park, grades 5-12, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

AUGUST
2 -- Yankees vs. Rangers baseball game, grades 3-8, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
7 -- Delafield Pond Day, grades 5-8, noon-4 p.m.
9 -- Medieval Times Trip, grades 3-12, 9:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
10 -- Dorney Park, grades 5-8, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. for new community members
11 -- New England Whale Watch, grades 3-12, 6 a.m.-11 p.m.
16 -- New York City shopping and dinner, grades 9-12, 9:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
17 -- Great Adventure, grades 9-12, 1 p.m.-midnight (for new community members and their sponsors)
18 -- Community Youth Fair -- open to all West Point families -- 2-6 p.m.
24 -- Keystone Club high school boat trip with DJ, 4:30-8 p.m., grades 9-12.

Note: All trips require advance registration with signed permission slip and payment. Some trips require either a sack lunch or money for meals. Children are responsible for their own spending money. See trip flyers for specific information or call the Youth Center at 938-3727.
