Thank you everybody for supporting last blood drive

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of the West Point community who took time out of their normal daily routines to promote the December Blood Drive.

The results were very rewarding an we could not have accomplished the task of encouraging everyone in the community to participate if it were not for the individuals who distributed the information and promoted the ever-present need for blood donations.

This time of the year, blood banks are especially low on their supplies. Thanks to your efforts, West Point contributed 1,713 pints of whole blood and 118 units of platelets during the Dec. 3-6 event.

We would also like to thank the West Point support services who responded to our needs in a professional and timely manner. Without their help, we would never have been able to run such a smooth operation as this blood drive proved to be.

We wish all a happy and healthy new year and hope to have your continued support for the American Red Cross Blood Drive tentatively scheduled for March 4-7.

Sincerely,

MARY MANDIA and the
KACH Laboratory
