* Keller Hospital Clinic Closure: August 9 for MEDDAC Organization Day. The pharmacy and emergency room remain open.

* To schedule same day and routine appointments call Sierra directly at 1-888-999-5195. Appointment lines are available starting at 6 a.m.

* Emergency Response: If you are in need of emergency services, please call 911 for quick response. Remember three simple steps -- speak slowly and clearly, have the address available and stay on the line as you are directed to share information.

* Renovations to the Emergency Room and Special Care Unit at Keller Hospital is scheduled from Monday through Aug. 5. The patient wait areas, exam rooms and treatment rooms will be reorganized on a daily basis to accommadate construction. Please access care by calling TRICARE for routine and same day appointments. This will ensure that you receive care in the right clinics and avoid long waits in the Emergency Room.

*Your medical records are an important part of your total healthcare. Please drop off all medical records to Outpatient Records, located on the first floor of Keller Hospital. This will ensure that your medical history will be documented at each visit.
