CADET SENTENCED – Feb. 10, 2009

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Cadet Adam E. McMurray, A Company, 3rd Regiment, Class of 2011, was found guilty today of one violation of Article 134 (Drunk and Disorderly Conduct).

McMurray was sentenced with a reprimand and forfeiture of pay of $500 a month for three months.  He pled guilty to the Article 134 violation during a court-martial Feb. 9 & 10. 

McMurray was formally charged in October 2008 with three violations of Article 120 (Wrongful Sexual Contact), three violations of Article 128 (Assault), one violation of Article 129 (Burglary), and one violation of Article 134 (Drunk and Disorderly Conduct), of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
