WEST POINT STRUCTURE FIRE – May 8, 2008

WEST POINT, N.Y. -- A working structure fire was reported at about 10:30 a.m. this morning in the Gray Ghost Housing area located on the West Point installation (adjacent to Keller Army Community Hospital). 

West Point Fire Department responded and is receiving mutual aid from Ft. Montgomery, Cornwall and Vails Gate fire companies along with Highland Falls, Emergency Medical Technicians.

The fire was contained and extinguished. There were no injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
