2013 Recyclemania Update: Week 3

WEST POINT, N.Y. (March 5, 2013) — The Week 3 results are in and the Corps of Cadets is currently ranked seventh in the Per Capita Classic category for the annual national collegiate Recyclemania tournament.

The U.S. Military Academy is also ranked 12 out of 246 participating in the Paper category and currently 2nd in Corrugated Cardboard. In the Bottles and Cans category, the cadets have earned a 24th place ranking out of 244 competing school.

Recyclemania is a friendly competition to promote the recycling programs at colleges and universities in the U.S. and Canada, while promoting recycling waste reduction activities to their campus communities.
