To provide cadets with the opportunity to conduct challenging,
realistic light infantry training at the platoon and squad level
in order to improve their leadership skills and enhance their
technical and tactical expertise. The Club plans, coordinates
and executes a variety of training. Club nights include classroom
instruction on weapons systems and tactics, while field training
includes weapon ranges, land navigation and MOUT FTXs. Annually
the Club plans and executes an OCONUS deployment to conduct training
with Infantry Bns from Allied Nations. Past deployments have included
training with IN Bns Germany and England. The high-tempo of operations
keeps the member cadets on their toes, and always learning something
new as they develop themselves as future leaders for our Army.
