COL Christopher L. Budihas, 28th Commandant

COL Budihas graduated from Jacksonville University, Florida and was commission as a Distinguished Military Graduate in the Infantry in 1994. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science; Master’s Degrees in Management & Leadership from Webster University; Master’s in Military Arts and Sciences from SAMS, and a Master’s in Strategic Studies from the School of Advanced Military Study (SAMS).





CSM Gene Q. Dydasco, Command Sergeant Major

Command Sergeant Major Gene Q. Dydasco entered the Unites States Army on 27 November, 1990 under the delayed entry program as an Infantryman from Agana, Guam. He attended Basic and Advance Individual Training on 26 February 1991 with the 3rd Battalion, 32nd Infantry, Fort Benning Georgia.

MAJ Joshua M. Klatzko, Deputy Commandant

MAJ Joshua M. Klatzko is a native of Northford, Connecticut. He graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2003 with a BA in Sociology and minor in Criminal Justice. He was commissioned a 2LT in the Field Artillery through Officer Candidate School in Fort Benning, Georgia.

Mrs. Melanie Wong Dodge, Academic Dean

 Mrs. Wong Dodge served an assistant professor at USMA. She joined the Department of Behavioral Sciences as an instructor in 2007. She taught human resources for the management major and the Academy's introductory leader development course, Psychology for Leaders.  




LTC David Borowicz, Athletic Director

LTC Dave Borowicz is the current Athletic Director, serving his remaining semester at USMA as an Active Duty Officer in the Engineer Corps and instructor at USMA.  After 24 years of service, he will become a GS-13 employee.

CPT (P) Wesley Stewart, Battalion Tactical Officer

CPT (P) Westley Stewart attended the United States Military Academy and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.. Upon graduation in 2008, CPT (P) Stewart commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery Officer.
