Marshall N. Carter

Marshall N. Carter has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the NYSE Group or its predecessor, New York Stock Exchange, since April 7, 2005. Mr. Carter has been a director of the NYSE since November 2003.
Mr. Carter holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, an M.S. in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and an M.A. in Science, Technology and Public Policy from George Washington University.
Mr. Creighton was one of the co-founders who launched digital certificate provider GeoTrust in 2001, and is co-inventor of a domain control authentication patent issued in 2006. Creighton served as CEO of GeoTrust until 2006. He was also cofounder of RatePoint, Inc., which was named the MITX 2010 Social Media Company of the Year for New England. Creighton currently serves as President and CEO of CounterTack, Inc., a security software firm that focuses on preventing cyber-attacks.
Mr. Creighton is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Professor Cybenko has made key research contributions in signal processing, neural computing, parallel processing and computational behavioral analysis. He was the Founding Editor-in-Chief of IEEE/AIP Computing in Science and Engineering and IEEE Security & Privacy. Professor Cybenko is a Fellow of the IEEE and received his BS (University of Toronto) and PhD (Princeton) degrees in Mathematics. His current research interests include Computational Behavioral Analysis, Machine Learning of Processes, Mission, Network and Computer Security, Insider Threat Analysis, Human Terrain of Computer Networks and Computer Network Operations (CNO) Planning.

Originally commissioned ROTC, BG (R) Smith holds a Masters and PhD in English from Princeton University as well as numerous military schools and Army commendations for his service in the US, at the United States European Command in Germany, Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and Kuwait, and Operation Joint Endavor, Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Retired U.S. Army Major General John Davis is the Vice President and
Federal Chief Security Officer for Palo Alto Networks, where he is
responsible for expanding cybersecurity initiatives and global policy
for the international public sector and assisting governments aroudn the
world to successfully prevent cybersecurity attacks.
Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, John served as the Senior
Military Advisor for Cyber to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy
and served as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber
Policy. Prior to this assignment, he served in multiple leadership
positions in special operations, cyber, and information operations.
John earned a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War
College, Master of Military Arts and Science from U.S. Army Command and
General Staff College, and Bachelor of Science from U.S. Military
Academy at West Point.
