Re: The Bicentennial of the Founding of the United States Military Academy at
West Point, New York
Lieutenant General,
I received with great pleasure and honor the invitation to participate in the
observation of the bicentennial of the founding of the United States military
academy at West Point, New York.
In deed, West Point graduates has remarkably contributed to many areas,
including leading nations, peace keeping operations, fighting against terrorism,
engineering, education, ..., etc., all of which contricute to global peace and
development. The achievements were undeniable and deserved to be highly
regarded and recognized as a major contribution to mankind.
On behalf of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, allow me, at the bicentennial of
the founding of the United States military academy at West Point, to extend my
warmest congratulation to the academy and graduates. We strongly support and
encourage the Academy and graduates to continue to carry out their noble tasks
to shape better lives for mankind and to protect and preserve global
environments for our future generations to live in.
Once again, congratulation and best wishes and highest consideration from the
Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
