On behalf of the New Zealand Army may I congratulate you on the 200th anniversary of the founding of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

While this bicentennial milestone is impressive in itself, even more so is the manner in which the Academy has done so; with utmost professional competence. Your graduates have represented the Academy, your Army and Nation well, and it has been our good forture to have shared comradeship with them

May I wish you all the best for your commemorative events, and for the Academy's third century of military excellence.
