Dear General Lennox,
It was good to see you at the Reunion. The class was certainly proud of its
classmate as West Point's superintendent. I have enclosed a letter of congratulation from
General Pichitr Kullavanijaya, class of 1958, a Privy Councilor to His Majesty King
Bhumibol Adulyadej, for West Point's Bicentennial. He has been serving the country in
an exemplary manner. We, West Pointers in Thailand, are very proud of him.
As the President of West Point Society of Thailand, I would like to congratulate
you and West Point on behalf of the alumni in Thailand on the occasion of West Point's
Bicentennial.
The Thai graduates, spanning almost a century, have served the country
professionally. For the long period in this distant land, West Point's teaching has been
tested to be valid. The challenges always vary, but leaders need the same fundamentals
that are taught and trained at West Point.
Best of luck to you on your prestigious post at West Point. I am sure West Point
will gain a lot from your leadership and experience at this most important time.
Sincerely yours,

Boonsrang Niumpradit
