Letterhead

Dear General,

It's my pleasure to present, in my own name and on behalf of all Tunisian Army Personnel, sincere congratulations on the occasion of the observance of the Bicentennial of the founding of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

This great Institution has given during its two hundred years of existence professional qualifications to its cadets who participated in the development and upgrading of the United States Military Forces.

I greatly appreciate the good relationship existing between our Academies, which has been yearly concreted especially by the exchange of delegations visits since 1997.

I am convinced that military cooperation between our Armies is already excellent and will be certainly reinforced.

Hoping for you and the Military Academy of West Point continuous success, please accept my best wishes and considerations.
