A User’s Guide to the West Point Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund (WPCTOF)
It is the responsibility of all persons who desire to use the Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund to be familiar with this User’s Guide.

Please assist the USMA Chaplain and the Fund’s Office in the proper operation of the Fund. Utilizing the procedures found in this User’s Guide will ensure that your religious program receives the funding it requires to minister to the West Point Community.

As you know, more than just one individual is involved in the WPCTOF. So please allow time for each individual to do their job! Please plan your funding with this in mind and we will do our best to ensure you have the funds needed for your event.

The bottom line: We can do great things for GOD and the West Point Community if we work together.

 PURPOSE: The PURPOSE of this USER’S GUIDE TO THE WEST POINT CHAPEL TITHES AND OFFERING FUND is to familiarize personnel with correct fund procedures.

WHO: All chaplains, chaplain assistants, sextons, chapel staffs, lay leaders, and any other individuals that conduct business through the WPCTOF need to read and understand the contents of this Guide
