AWANA Awards
Each AWANA member has the opportunity to earn exciting awards. Clubbers wear these awards on their uniforms. They also receive ribbons, plaques, and trophies for the completion of one or more years of handbook work.

At the Cubbies level, clubbers progress together through all handbooks at the same pace. The cubbies Leaders and parents guide clubbers through the handbooks. cubbies receive their badges, stickers and at the end of each section as a team.

In the Older Clubs, each child works at his or her own pace, and is guided and helped by a caring Leader. Leaders present Awards on an individual basis depending on the child's progress through the handbooks during Council Time.

Parent assistance for Kindergarten age Clubbers is essential as they many not be able to read by themselves, yet. AWANA encourages parental participation with the Clubbers at every level as some of the tasks challenge and stretch our children.

To complete a handbook in one year, Clubbers should complete three to four sections/unites in their handbooks for each club meeting.

As an additional incentive to motivate Clubbers to achieve excellence, leaders distribute"AWANA shares."* Clubbers receive shares for completing one or more sections during Handbook Time, wearing their uniforms, bring their handbooks to club, bringing a friend to club, and other specified activities. clubbers may use their AWANA shares to purchase toys and gifts in the AWANA store.
*Cubbies do not receive AWANA shares.
