Steve Hart is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Corps of Engineers with over 23 years of service in both command and staff positions in Iraq, Kuwait, Panama, Germany, Korea, and the United States. He has authored numerous articles and a book chapter on Critical Infrastructure Protection and Resilience and has spoken extensively on the subjects. He is the developer and program committee chairman for The Critical Infrastructure Symposium, which is now an annual event. His other teaching experience includes Design of Steel Structures, Design of Concrete Structures, Advanced Structural Analysis, Soil Mechanics, and the Civil Engineering Capstone Course.
