Geographical Distribution The Class of 2003 includes cadets appointed by Congress from every state in the United States, as well as others appointed from military service sources. Several international cadets under sponsorship of their respective countries also entered the Class of 2003. The countries represented include Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Nicaragua, Romania, Slovenia, South Korea and Turkey.
