Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its goals and direction in order to allocate resources to pursue this vision. A link is provided to our draft strategic planning document and other supporting materials. Like all strategic planning material ours is a living document that will evolve as the C/NRCD grows and matures and responds to the needs of the Army of our nation.
 
The link below is for the C/NRCD overview briefing.  The presentation highlights our products, customers, and our strategic vision.  Also, point of contact information is contained in the briefing.  Our primary goal is to support cadet education while attacking problems of significant national interest.
