PROFESSIONAL AND SUPPORT STAFF
LTC Andrew Hagemaster, Ph.D. (Director/Psychologist) received his Ph.D. from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS). He has served in various clinical capacities in the Army, to include Brigade Psychologist, Behavioral Health Chief, and Residency Director.
MAJ Ashley Maltez, Psy.D. (Executive Officer/Psychologist) received her Psy.D. from The Florida Institute of Technology. She has served as a psychologist in a Combat Stress unit during Operation New Dawn as well as a staff psychologist at the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Ft. Leavenworth.
Dr. Wiener-Levy, Ph.D. (Clinical Director/Psychologist) received her undergraduate education at the University of Rochester and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University, completing her internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She has held appointments at South Beach Psychiatric Center, Staten Island Hospital, Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College, and Westchester Jewish Community Services. Dr. Wiener-Levy is licensed in New York State. Her professional interests include trauma, medical illness, and depression.
Dr. Carol Siegel (Clinical Psychologist) specializes in evidence-based psychotherapy methods for coping with anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. Dr. Siegel obtained her Clinical Psychology education at Case Western Reserve and completed an internship with Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Siegel completed a Clinical Psychology Fellowship, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with NYPH/Weill Cornell Medical College. Prior to joining USMA's CPD staff, Dr. Siegel worked for a community mental health agency in Mt. Kisco, NY. For the past 11 years, Dr. Siegel has also been working with adolescents, couples, and adults in her private practice in White Plains, NY.
Ms. Natashia Grable has been with West Point for over 20 years. She recently joined the CPD team as our administrative assitant and receptionist, transfering from Cadet Activities.
