|Keynote SpeakerHer Majesty Queen NoorHer Majesty Queen Noor provided the keynote address at the dinner session. The theme of Queen Noor's presentation was the necessity of global cooperation and cross-cultural understanding. An important aspect to achieving this is to emphasize development in the roles that women play in their respective cultures. By empowering women economically, socially and politically, real progress can be made in bettering the quality of life around the world.
