MEMORANDUM FOR ALL DENTAC PERSONNEL

SUBJECT:  West Point DENTAC Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy Statement

 1. SCOPE: This Policy applies to all DENTAC facilities and personnel assigned to or working in West Point DENTAC facilities.

 2. POLICY:

     a.  I fully support the Department of the Army policy that sexual harassment is a violation of the high standards of honesty, integrity and organizational values necessary for carrying out the Army mission at large, and the Dental Activity mission specifically.  Preventing sexual harassment is everybody’s business, and it is a primary objective of this command.  Furthermore, allegation of such conduct will be appropriately and expeditiously handled, since sexual harassment will not be tolerated within this command.

     b.  A copy of this policy statement will be posted on each clinic’s official bulletin board.
