LTC Jeff Wilson presented a paper at the United States Marine Corps University Aspects of Leadership Symposium at Quantico, Virginia. The Aspects of Leadership Symposium is conducted under the auspices of the Lejeune Leadership Institute; this year’s symposium focused on "Ethics, Law, and Spirituality." LTC Wilson's paper, titled "Spirituality as the Nexus of Law and Morality," examines spiritual fitness in the United States Army, suggesting ways the Army can reduce cognitive dissonance and enhance Soldier fitness through the reframing of certain key concepts.
