The Work-in-Progress Colloquium Series provides a forum for faculty and students to share their current research projects and engage with the work of their colleagues from within the department—and from other departments as well. Presenters give short presentations, which are followed by a group discussion. These presentations will take place during the lunch and Dean’s hour on Thursdays, once a month in Cullum Hall’s Pershing Room.  


Though each Work-in-Progress presentation will take on its own format based on the content, the following is a general schedule for the series:

1210-1230 Lunch and Socializing

1230-1300 Work-in-Progress Presentation

1300-1330 Discussion and Feedback
