​    SFC Rollins was born in Compton, CA and graduated from OSUT Infantry Basic Training in Fort Benning, GA in 1997 at the age of 17.  His first assignment was as a scout team member in a scout platoon in HHC 1st Battalion 27th Infantry Regiment in Schofield Barracks, HI. His second assignment was in 1st-501st Parachute Infantry Regiment at Fort Richardson, AK, where he held the positions of a team leader, squad leader, and platoon sergeant. There he deployed in support of Operation Mountain Blizzard (2004-2005), and he deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (2006-2007). Following the deployment, he was assigned as an Active Duty Army Recruiter in the 5th Recruiting Battalion, stationed in Scottsdale, AZ. His next assignment was in 3rd Battalion 4 Infantry Regiment as a Mechanized Infantry Rifle Platoon Sergeant in Baumholder, Germany. Following that, he was assigned to 1st Battalion 67th Armor Regiment stationed at Fort Carson, CO as a Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle Platoon Sergeant and Alpha Company First Sergeant.  He currently serves as an MS300 Instructor for the Military Science section of DMI.
