     SFC Dominador C. Rubang was born in the Philippines. He enlisted in the Army in 1999 into the Infantry. SFC Rubang’s assignments include  NATO Headquarters Allied Land Command, Izmir, Turkey; University of Rhode Island ROTC, Rhode Island; Bravo Company, Charlie Company, Delta Company and HHC 2nd BN 35th IN, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; HHC, Bravo Company 1st BN 30th IN, Fort Benning, GA. In April 2004 to April 2005, he deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom V as Squad Leader with B co 2nd BN, 35th IN, Schofield Barracks, HI; August 2006 to October 2007, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom V as Platoon Sergeant with B Co and C Co 2nd BN, 35th IN, Schofield Barracks, HI; April 2011 – April 2012, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom XI-XII as Heavy Weapons PSG with D Co 2nd BN, 35th IN, Schofield Barracks, HI. SFC Rubang currently serves as an MS100 Instructor within DMI.
