3. What
to do when you arrive:
The competition will be held at
Camp Buckner
on Route 293 at the traffic light.
Spectator Parking will be indicated along Route 293.
Personnel at the Sandhurst Visitor's Booth will provide
you with all the information you will need for the
competition (including maps that will best guide you to following the
teams through the course).
4. Awards Ceremony following the competition:
The award ceremony and BBQ will be held on West Point at
Washington hall in the cadet area following the competition.
West Point is a United States Army installation that enforces
100% identification verifications and security checks for all
personnel wishing to enter the premises. Thus, it is important
that you are properly prepared. Once you are on campus, you will
be directed to specific areas DMI has set up for the ceremony.
From the competition site (Camp Buckner) turn left onto Route 293.
Continue north 4.7 miles to the intersection US Route 9W, Route
293, and route 218. Route 293 turns into route 218, continue
north on 218. Drive 1.2 miles to Washington Gate. Continue east
on Washington road 1.7 miles to
Washington Hall on your right.
Parking is available in front of Washington Hall.
Below are some notes and tips for your visit:

Keep some sort of identification on you at all times

Be prepared for inclement weather (wet, cold, or hot weather) The Weather Channel

Be prepared to have your vehicle searched if your vehicle does
not have any military identification tags
5. Following the teams and watching the competition:
Spectator parking will be available vic Camp
Buckner. The majority of the sites
will be on or around Camp Buckner for anyone that wishes to
observe the teams. All sites are assessable by foot. Spectators
are required to stay on hard standing roads and designated
spectator areas.
