Biography

LTC Jesse Germain earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1987, a Master of Business Administration degree from Rivier College in 1993, and a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Old Dominion University in 1996.

After selection to a Permanent Academy Professor position in the Department of Physical Education, LTC Germain earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida and returned to the department in 2004.
