Director, Military Movement/Gymnastics (2004-present): Responsible for the administration, budgeting, and instruction of the Department of Physical Education Military Movement Course; development of educational course materials and training of new instructors.

Associate Director of Instruction (2003-2004): Responsible for leading a comprehensive program of physical education instruction to cadets; promoting and adhering to appropriate physical education pedagogical practices; designing, implementing, and supervising faculty development and preparation programs; supervising and providing guidance to course directors concerning course content, teaching strategies, and other pedagogical issues; developing teaching standards and appropriate assessment strategies that may be used to educate, motivate and evaluate teachers; recommending curricular decisions and revisions based on continuous, systematic and thoughtful assessment of program effectiveness; and scheduling department teaching assignments.

Director of Aerobic Fitness Course (1990-1997): Responsible for the administration, budgeting, and instruction of the Department of Physical Education Aerobic Fitness Course; development of educational course materials and training of new instructors.

Interim Director of Class of 1962 Fitness Facility (1993): Planned and organized layout of new fitness facility and exercise equipment, developed and conducted fitness training classes, active in equipment maintenance, and responsible for overall facility management; assisted in the hiring of facility directors.

Cross Country Ski Director (1991-present): Responsible for the administration, budgeting, training of instructors and skiing instruction to cadets in the Physical Education Cross Country Skiing Course.

·       Interim Head Gymnastics Coach, (1994) - Served as interim Head Gymnastics Coach while head coach was on long-term training and pursuing doctoral degree.

·       West Point Gymnastics Open, (1994-present) - Assist with the overall management of one of the largest gymnastics meets in the country.

·       Interim Class of 62 Fitness Center Director, (1993) – Responsible for the planning and administration of the fitness facility.

·       Youth Activities Gymnastics Instructor, (1990-1991) – Taught children from the West Point community.

·       West Point Community Recreation Assistant SCUBA Instructor, (1993) – Assisted with the planning and teaching of a basic scuba course to adult members of the West Point community.

·       Coordinated VIP Visit, Leon Stukelj, Worlds Oldest living Olympian, ( 17 April, 1998 ) - Coordinated and supervised tour and greeting of Mr. Leon Stukelj during his visit to West Point .

·       West Point Elementary School - Field Day (1995 – present) - Assist with the administration of field day.

·       West Point Elementary School Track and Field (1995)) - Assist with the administration of youth track meet.

·       Instructional Division Council Member, (2002-present) – Participate in curriculum development and review activities.

·       Officer Selection Committee, (2002-present) – Participate in the selection process for new rotating military officers.

·       Roles and Responsibilities Committee, Department of Physical Education, (2004-present) – Serve on committee to review and revise the roles and responsibilities of positions within the Department of Physical Education.

·       Assessment Committee, Department of Physical Education, (1997-2000) –  Co-chaired with visiting professor and participated in total review of DPE curriculum and assessment procedures.

·       Scholarship Team, Department of Physical Education, (AY 1999 – 2002) – Participated on a team of faculty members to promote and share scholarly activities.

·       Master Fitness Trainer Committee, Department of Physical Education, (AY 1999 – 2000) – Served on a committee to review and revise the Master Fitness Trainer Program; developed new DPE courses: Fitness Leader I and II.

·       Chair, Second Class Elective Committee, Department of Physical Education, (AY 1999 – 2000) – Developed Lifetime Sports Elective Program to allow Second Class cadets to participate in lifetime sports; Surveyed cadets to determine popular lifetime sport choices and developed a web-based sign up procedure.

·       Gymnastics/Military Movement Assessment Committee, Department of Physical Education, (1999 – 2004) – Participated in total review of the gymnastics program; Assisted with the revision, administration and delivery of the core course.

·       Vision Committee, Department of Physical Education, (1997-1998) – Participated in the development of the DPE vision.

·       Curriculum Committee, Department of Physical Education, (1994-2000) – Participated in total review of DPE curriculum and offered several COA’s for a new curriculum.
