MAJ Miller was commissioned in the Signal Corps in 2001. His assignments include: Signal Platoon Leader and Battery Executive Officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 1-1 Air Defense Artillery; Battalion Signal Officer, 1-1 Air Defense Artillery Battalion; Squadron Signal Officer, 1-9 Armor Reconaissance Squadron; Brigade Signal Officer, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division; Company Commander, Bravo Company, 4th Special Troops Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division. He is a graduate of the Signal Captain's Career Course, Brigade and Battalion Signal Officer Course, Signal Officer Basic Course, and Airborne School. MAJ Miller has deployed to Kuwait (2003) with 1-1 Air Defense Artillery Battalion and Iraq (2006-2007) with 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division. His research interests include Digital Communications, Computer Networks and Security, and Ultra Wideband Sensor Networks for Multi-media Communications.
