LTC Guy "Matt" Burrow was commissioned as an Aviation officer from the United States Military Academy in 1992. In 2003, he was designated as an Army Space Operations (FA40) officer. He has served two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as numerous deployments in support of Operation Provide Comfort in Eastern Turkey / Northern Iraq and the NATO Implementation Force (IFOR) in Bosnia-Herzegovina. His military assignments include fixed-wing Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in the 207th Aviation Company (Heidelberg, Germany), Company Commander and Operations Officer in the 15th Aerial Exploitation Battalion (Ft Hood, TX), and Space Operations officer in the XVIII Airborne Corps (Ft Bragg, NC).
