Mr. Riegner is the Director of Engineering, Technology, and Logistics Support, overseeing all non-administrative support functions for the Department of EE&CS. Prior to working for the government, Mr. Riegner held various positions in the private sector including Engineer at Dell Computer Corporation, Research Tech at North Carolina State University, and Actuarial Assistant at Insurance Services Office, Inc. Mr. Riegner's government career began at USMA with a stint as Facility Manager for the Photonics Research Center. From there he moved to the Department of EE&CS where he served first as the Department Engineer, overseeing the Engineering Support Group and the budget/supply functions of the department. He is a graduate of the Army Management Staff College Civilian Education System (CES) Advanced Course (AC). Mr. Riegner is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
