CPT SotoSanchez is an Engineer officer with command and staff experiences at the battalion level. His most recent experiences include operational intelligence assignments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Academically, CPT SotoSanchez specializes in environmental engineering with research and teaching interests in drinking water, wastewater treatment and water resources.
