Section 5 — EMS Procedures
5.1. Introduction
This section contains all of the USMA’s EMS procedures. Each procedure describes the methodology used by the USMA to execute various elements of an integrated EMS. The purpose of these procedures is to enable individuals within the USMA to understand the requirements of the EMS and to ensure a reliable and consistent execution of those requirements for an effective system. The procedures in this section of the EMS Manual are the authorized organizational version of the EMS procedures. Copies may be distributed to each relevant function and level in the organization so that they are available to those individuals that need to reference them.
