Section 7 — EMS Records
7.1. Introduction
Section 7 either contains or references the records of actions completed under the EMS, including carrying out the procedures. For example, these should include records of having identified significant aspects, delivered training, and conducted EMS audits.
7.2. EMS West Point Records
Records required by the EMS are maintained by the program managers, the EMS coordinator and the EMSMR. Program managers store their records in accordance with their local file plans in their work areas. Most EMS files are stored in Bldg 667 in the Environmental Management Division, Engineering Plans and Services, and the Energy Branch. See the respective EMP’s and EMS Procedures for additional information on the records for a specific program. |
