The major in International and Comparative Legal Studies provides cadets with a foundation for understanding and analyzing the various forms and functions of law in diverse world cultures, as well as the role of international law in regulating the relations between governments, institutions, and peoples in the global arena. This major promotes a holistic understanding of both the role of law and the rule of law from a multicultural perspective, which is particularly important in contemporary military operations abroad.
 
Curriculum

Grade Requirements: Complete the requirements of the major as shown below, attain an APSC of at least 3.0 in the core curriculum and an APSC of at least 3.5 in the major, and an average of at least 3.33 in LW498 and LW499.
