Amy McCarthy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law. She is a former active duty Army Judge Advocate, having served as an Assistant Professor, United States Military Academy (2013-2016); Chief of Claims, United States Military Academy (2012-2013); Administrative Law Attorney and Part-time Military Magistrate, XVIII Airborne Corps, Fort Bragg (2011-2012); Trial Counsel, 82nd Sustainment Brigade, Fort Bragg and Afghanistan (2009-2011); Officer in Charge, Fort Bragg Tax Center (2009); and Legal Assistance Attorney, XVIII Airborne Corps, Fort Bragg (2008).
