The 4th Annual McDonald Cadet Leadership Conference will be held 31 March - 3 April 2016 on the grounds of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

This year our theme is: From Failure to Inspiration and Change

For top undergraduate student leaders from diverse backgrounds to participate in a team-based, experiential and analytical exercise that bolsters leadership skills, fosters critical thinking and collaboration, and develops potential strategies for addressing pressing global issues.

The McDonald Cadet Leadership Conference invites renowned speakers and analytical, visionary student-leaders: 40 from across the United States, 20 international students, as well as cadet participants. The conference will unite emerging global leaders with preeminent world leaders in a partnership struggling with the most pressing issues worldwide.

Participation is by invitation only. The faculty of select colleges and universities world-wide will be invited to nominate and select their top 2 undergraduate candidates to attend and participate as fellows. There will be 84 student participants (fellows) that will work in twelve teams, each with one mentor (senior fellow) to guide their discussions and leadership development within each area.
