Eileen M. Kowalski, Ph.D.
serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Life Science at West Point. Dr. Kowalski received a B.A. in Chemistry from Western Michigan University, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Kowalski has also worked for the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and The Upjohn Company. She served as a Teaching Assistant in the Chemistry departments of Western Michigan and Vanderbilt. At West Point Dr. Kowalski has taught General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry. Dr. Kowalski’s current research interests involve finding chemical and biological means of degrading RDX.
