Network Science Center : Francis Nimick

Francis Nimick
 
is a rising sophomore at Northeastern University studying computer science. As a research intern with the Network Science Center, he has assisted with the running of the 2011 IEEE 1st International Workshop on Network Science, at which he informally presented two projects; in addition, he co-authored a paper on the social networks of the Egyptian revolution which was submitted to the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences. Francis has also previously worked with disadvantaged children in Boston as a tutor at Northeastern’s Balfour Academy and a volunteer organizer and mentor at the Boys and Girls Club of Roxbury.
