Frank Mabry, Ph.D.
serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at West Point. Dr. Mabry received a B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston, and a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Illinois. Previously, Dr. Mabry has taught at Baylor College of Medicine, as well as, the University of Illinois. His research interests include XML (Extensible Markup Language), XSLT (XML Style sheet Language Transforms) and other structured information technologies and scripting languages. He is active in the development of new instructional uses of computers in support of alternative student learning styles throughout the curriculum. Currently, Dr. Mabry is working on the Flowing Valued Information Model at the Network Science Center at West Point.
