Currently the NSA Visiting Professor to USMA. Teaches Information assurance, Computer Science, System Acquisition, and Information Warfare. Coordinates NSA related projects, visits and activities. Most recently served as the NSA LNO to AFRICOM. Prior to that, as NCEUR Chief of Staff, Oversaw the day to day operations of NSA/CSS Europe on behalf of Chief-NCEUR. Early, worked at the National Cryptologic School (NSA) as member of ADET leadership team, developing requirements and means for technical delivery of computer and network education and training. Lead the NSA and Intel community efforts to provide the means for identifying, testing, validating and integrating the best existing Modeling, Simulation, Artificial Realities, Advanced Technologies and Virtual Classroom tools and methodologies to support National Cryptologic and Community Intelligence distributed team and individual Core Intelligence training. Also worked as Chief of a major NSA Information Resources Management Division, as the first NSA DBA, as Director, NCS/ADET Technology Implementation Office, as Executive Officer (Deputy Commander) - U.S. Navy, Pacific Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, as U.S. Naval Security Group, Chief, Computer Systems Management Division, as Naval Security Group Command Systems Officer/ Data Administrator and as a Direct Support Division Officer on various intelligence seaborne collection missions.
