PMO Business Hours
/ Vehicle and Weapons Registration Window Hours:
We are open for general customer service (vehicle/weapon registration
and in/out processing) on Mondays from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
, and then on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 A.M.
to 1:00 P.M, and re-open from 2:00 P.M.
to 4:00 P.M. We are on closed
weekends and federal holidays.

Recreational Vehicles (RV) Parking Lot:
The PMO operates a
limited-occupancy RV parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis
for military members. Contact Vehicle Registration at (845) 938-2208 to check if
there is a spot available or to be added to the waiting list.
Bicycle Registration:
Residents wishing to register bicycles at West
Point must apply in person at the Military Police Station.
Bicycles must be brought to the Military Police Station so verification
of the serial numbers can be made. After completing the proper forms,
you will be issued an installation registration decal for the
bicycle. (NOTE: All vehicle,
bicycle, and weapon registrations are processed through the PMO Administration Office upon arrival at West Point.)
Police Reports/Name Checks
Police Reports will be available 30 days following the incident.
Proof of identification is needed in order to receive a copy of a
police report. Police reports are only released to individuals involved
in a case. Insurance companies need to obtain written permission from
the insured, send a written request and self addressed envelope to the
below address. There is no fee for this service. Please contact us at
938-7539 to verify if your report is complete and so we can have it
ready for you to pick up.
Name checks or personnel background information checks are only
released to authorized internal agencies or government agency
investigators possessing identification in accordance with the Freedom
of Information Act and AR 340-21. Personal information is treated with
the utmost regard for these regulations; this office will NOT
supply information to improperly qualified individuals or agencies or
through unauthorized channels.
