The PMO encourages all bicycle owners to register their bicycles to combat theft and help aid in the search for lost property.

Before filling in this form, please read the INSTRUCTIONS on the form, and the following PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT below:

DATA REQUIRED BY THE PRIVACY ACT OF 1974

1. AUTHORITY.

Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 4334.

2. PRINCIPLE PURPOSE(S).

Secure information relevant to the registration of bicycles on the USMA reservation.

3. ROUTINE USES:

Expedites return of bicycles which have been:

(1) Stolen - provides positive identification of bicycle(s) for return to owner.

(2) Lost - readily identifies owner for return of property.

4. MANDATORY OR VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE AND EFFECTS OF NON-DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION:

Disclosure of information is mandatory. Registration will not be completed for individuals who fail to provide all required information.
