IMPORTANT: Please note that October 14th and October 18th are TRAVEL days
The NCEA Conference sessions begin the morning of October 15th and end the evening of October 17th. Check-in will be on October 14th and give attendees a chance to settle in a day prior to the start of the conference.
There will be a free shuttle taking attendees from and to Stewart Airport and Newark Airport only so please be sure to book your flights into one of these two airports to ensure you will be given free shuttle service to and from West Point. Newark Airport delegates will be picked up at Terminal A and Stewart Airport will meet in the main baggage area of the airport.
SCPME will also provide daily shuttle service for faculty delegates to and from the recommended hotels only. If you decide to stay at another hotel you will have to provide yourself with your own travel arrangements. However, please note that West Point Military Academy is a secured facility and parking is not readily available to visitors so it is best that you book your hotel room in one of the three hotels recommended on our hotels page. If you are a student delegate please be aware that the cadet barracks is of modest size so please do not overpack for your stay at USMA for the conference. Pack only what is needed for the few days of the conference to assure you will not have any problems storing your items safely and neatly in the cadet barracks. Be reminded that many airlines charge extra for additional baggage as well so by keeping your travel gear light you will avoid having additional travel expenses. We want to make your travel to and from West Point as easy and pain free as possible.
