<div><b>CV1:</b> <div class="ExternalClass352667EAB8F348A080BACBF6B3140440"><div class="ExternalClass6E7F163A2B8C4CE4AE1982CF9F7BC8DE" style="font-size:10pt"><p>John Hagen is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force.<span>  </span>He received his commission through the Air Force ROTC program at Boston University where he majored in aerospace engineering.<span>  </span>John’s career specialty is ICBM launch operations.<span>  </span>He has served as a combat crewmember and evaluator in the 321<sup>st</sup> Strategic Missile Wing at Grand Forks AFB, and as an instructor in the 4315<sup>th</sup> Combat Crew Training Squadron at Vandenberg AFB, CA.<span>  </span>Prior to his posting at West Point, John served as a military advisor to the Special Representative to the Secretary General for the US Mission in Iraq.<span>  </span>He received his PhD in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.</p>
