Instructor (International Affairs)
Major Devlin Winkelstein is an Instructor in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Commissioned in 2006 as an Infantry officer, he served as a rifle Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in 1-6 Infantry Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 1st Armor Division (deployed Iraq 08-09) and as a rifle Company Commander in 1-17 Infantry Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division (deployed Afghanistan 12-13). He currently teaches SS357: Advanced International Relations. He is married to Maya (née Soble), and they have a son, Corin.
